Ostrom Climate Solutions Inc. reported a substantial increase in its revenue for the third quarter of 2025, ending on September 30. The company's revenue reached $6,115,004, up from $389,788 in the previous year, primarily attributable to major Verified Emission Reduction (VER) transactions. Gross profit also saw growth, standing at $1,108,522 compared to $156,247 in Q3 2024.

Notably, Ostrom returned to profitability with a net profit of $50,742, a significant turnaround from last year's net loss of $1,268,728. The company executed VER transactions worth over $11 million during the quarter, with $6.875 million deferred for future delivery. Strategic partnerships are being pursued to boost long-term revenues and project development, especially for the Smart-Rice Project in the Philippines.
