OTAQ Plc Announces Annual Report Posting and AGM Notice
OTAQ Plc, an innovative technology company focused on the aquaculture and offshore markets, has officially posted its Annual Report for the year ending 31 December 2023. The Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and a proxy card have also been sent to shareholders.
The AGM will take place at The Barracks, White Cross, Lancaster, LA1 4XF on 31 July 2024 at 11.00 a.m. Shareholders who plan to attend the meeting should register their intention by emailing Justine Dowds at justine.dowds@otaq.com.
