OTAQ Plc Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

OTAQ Plc, a technology company targeting aquaculture and offshore markets, has announced the successful conclusion of its Annual General Meeting. All resolutions presented were passed, including both ordinary and special resolutions. Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor, with a nearly unanimous 99.98% support for each resolution.
