OTAQ Plc Announces Total Voting Rights

OTAQ Plc, in line with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, has announced the total voting rights as of 02 September 2024. The company confirmed that a total of 128,481,040 ordinary shares, each worth 1 penny, are currently in issue. All these shares carry voting rights. The company holds no shares in treasury.

This figure can be used by shareholders to determine if they need to notify any interest changes in the company's share capital under the FCA's guidelines.
