OVHcloud confirms its eligibility for the PEA-PME system

OVHcloud has announced that it meets the criteria for the PEA-PME system according to article L. 221-32-2 of the monetary and financial code amended by the Pacte law of 2019. This system applies to European companies with fewer than 5,000 employees, an annual turnover of less than 1.5 billion euros or a total balance sheet of less than 2 billion euros.

OVHcloud's balance sheet as of August 31, 2023 shows a turnover of 897 million euros and a workforce of 2,880 employees. Thus, the company's shares are now eligible for PEA-PME type savings plans.
