Oxurion annonce des modifications à sa notification de transparence
Le 12 juin 2025, Oxurion NV, société biopharmaceutique dont le siège social est à Louvain, en Belgique, a annoncé avoir reçu des notifications de transparence modifiées de la part d'Atlas Special Opportunities II, LLC. Ces notifications concernent des modifications de l'actionnariat conformément à la législation belge sur la transparence.
La première notification, datée du 11 juin 2025, indiquait qu'Atlas détenait 2 340 268 actions au 3 juin 2025, soit plus de 25 % des 8 496 303 actions en circulation d'Oxurion. À l'inverse, une notification ultérieure, datée du 9 juin 2025, indiquait qu'Atlas détenait 2 061 174 actions au 6 juin 2025, soit un nombre inférieur au seuil de 25 %.
Ce communiqué de presse remplace une annonce précédente faite le 11 juin 2025.
