Oxurion Announces Transparency Updates Regarding Atlas Special Opportunities
Oxurion NV, a biopharmaceutical company based in Leuven, Belgium, announced transparency notifications compliance with Belgian legislation. As of February 17, 2025, Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC reduced its stake to 485,109 shares, falling below the 15% threshold. By February 27, 2025, this stake diminished further to 314,390 shares, crossing below 10%.
Subsequently, on March 27, 2025, Atlas's holdings declined to 134,344 shares, breaching the 5% threshold mark. These reductions are attributed to the selling of voting securities. The specifics of these changes are detailed in an annex.
