Oxurion reçoit une notification de transparence d'Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC
Leuven, Belgique – 25 novembre 2025 – Oxurion NV, basée à Leuven et cotée sur Euronext Bruxelles, a annoncé avoir reçu une notification de transparence d'Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC. Cette communication, conforme à la législation belge sur la transparence, indique qu'Atlas possédait 6 230 425 actions sur un total de 62 598 034 actions en circulation au 21 novembre 2025. Par conséquent, leur participation est passée sous le seuil de 10 % suite à la vente d'effets conférant des droits de vote.
