Oxurion Receives Transparency Notifications from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC
On May 20, 2025, Oxurion NV, a biopharmaceutical company based in Leuven, Belgium, announced that it had received transparency notifications from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC in accordance with Belgian law. On May 16, 2025, Oxurion was informed that Atlas held 1,535,806 shares, placing them below the 25% threshold after the sale of voting paper. A further notification on May 20, 2025, indicated that Atlas held 1,230,728 shares, falling below the 20% threshold.
