Leuven, Belgique – Oxurion NV, entreprise biopharmaceutique, a annoncé la réception de notifications de transparence d'Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC. Conformément à la législation belge sur la transparence, Oxurion a été informée de changements significatifs dans les participations d'Atlas.
Le 15 mai 2025, il a été notifié qu'au 8 mai 2025, Atlas détenait 202 731 actions, soit une participation inférieure à 5 % des 4 634 663 actions en circulation à cette date, suite à une vente d'actions. Le même jour, il a été indiqué qu'au 12 mai 2025, Atlas possédait 1 724 103 actions, dépassant ainsi la barre de 25 % des 6 156 035 actions, après un achat.
