Oxurion Reports Transparency Notification Amendments
On June 12, 2025, Oxurion NV, a biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Leuven, Belgium, announced the receipt of amended transparency notifications from Atlas Special Opportunities II, LLC. The notifications pertain to changes in shareholding pursuant to Belgian Transparency legislation.
The first notification, dated June 11, 2025, indicated that Atlas held 2,340,268 shares as of June 3, 2025, representing over 25% of Oxurion's 8,496,303 outstanding shares.
