PANTAFLIX AG Reports Significant Growth and Technological Advances in FY 2023

PANTAFLIX AG experienced substantial growth in the fiscal year 2023, primarily through its film and series production arm, with revenues reaching EUR 35.4 million, nearly double that of the previous year. The company’s EBIT improved to EUR -3.6 million, up from EUR -7.9 million in 2022, as a result of increased revenues and cost reductions.

Under the leadership of CEO Stephanie Schettler-Köhler, PANTAFLIX concentrated on its core production business, yielding successful outputs including the thriller series UNWANTED, the cinema drama 791 KM, and the anti-war film THE TIGER. The company forecasts revenues between EUR 3 million and EUR 4.5 million for 2024, expecting film and series projects in production that year to contribute to revenue growth in 2025.

The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in production, spearheaded by subsidiary Storybook Studios, has positioned PANTAFLIX as a pioneer in the industry. This strategic use of AI aims to enhance efficiency and creativity in content production, promising significant competitive advantages moving forward.
