Parade and Tai Software Announce Partnership to Enhance Freight Brokerage Operations with AI

On May 15, 2024, Parade announced its collaboration with Tai Software, integrating Capacity CoDriver, an AI-driven tool, into Tai's Transportation Management System (TMS). This partnership aims to transform freight brokerage workflows by significantly improving efficiency and productivity. Capacity CoDriver addresses challenges such as email overload and operational bottlenecks, enabling automated responses and increasing digital quote volume by up to four times, alongside doubling load booking efficiency.

Anthony Sutardja, CEO of Parade, emphasized that the integration of Capacity CoDriver with Tai TMS would set a new pace in the freight industry by enhancing broker-carrier interactions and expediting negotiations. Walter Mitchell, CEO of Tai Software, echoed these sentiments, highlighting the ability of the partnership to strengthen customer relationships and mitigate common communication delays in freight operations. The user experience benefits were reinforced by Matt Newcomb of ARL Logistics, who reported a significant reduction in daily representative time spent on emails and calls, from hours to minutes.
