Parallel Advisors Announces Appointment of David Canter to Board of Directors

Parallel Advisors, a premier independent wealth management firm based in San Francisco, has announced the appointment of David Canter to its Board of Directors. Canter is a highly respected expert in the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) industry. He will be the first outside board member at Parallel Advisors and is expected to provide valuable insight and guidance as the company pursues its growth strategy.

David Canter brings over 20 years of experience to the board, including a decade at Fidelity Investments where he led the RIA and Family Office Segments. Prior to Fidelity, he held senior leadership roles at Charles Schwab and Post Advisory Group. Canter is currently on the board of Invest in Others and serves as a strategic advisor to CAIS and an independent trustee of Accordant Investments.
