PAREF concludes a lease extension at La Défense

PAREF announces the renewal and extension of a major lease in the Franklin Tower in La Défense. The tenant, a subsidiary of a French banking group, is increasing its workspace to over 4,000 m², adding a 2,000 m² floor on the 20th floor. The renovation will be completed in December, accelerating the takeover for development.

This 6-year firm lease will begin in 2025. The agreement demonstrates PAREF's expertise in asset management and meets the demands of a competitive market. Antoine Castro, CEO of PAREF, underlines the tenant's trust and the adequacy of the solutions proposed to meet demanding needs.
