PAREF Liquidity Contract Review for the Second Half of 2024
PAREF has released the results of its liquidity contract managed by Invest Securities for its common shares. This contract, active since April 1, 2021, complies with the current legal framework and is tacitly renewed annually.
As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account contained 1,260 securities and 32,638.14 euros. During the second half of 2024, the contract allowed the trading of 2,360 securities purchased for a total amount of 95,724.80 euros and 2,575 securities sold for 105,272.60 euros, spread over 261 purchases and 262 sales.
PAREF continues to establish itself as a major player in European real estate management, operating in various countries and managing real estate assets worth more than €3 billion by the end of 2024.
