Paris Dauphine University Partners with Vitura for New Education Hub

Paris Dauphine University – PSL has entered a nine-year lease with Vitura to host its Executive Education program at Europlaza, La Défense. The renovations are projected to finish in late 2025. The location will accommodate 440 participants across 20 rooms within 2,500 sq.m. Students and staff will share this space with notable entities like Bpifrance and KPMG.

Europlaza features amenities such as dining areas, a lounge, and a private garden. Sébastien Duizabo emphasized the site's suitability for the program’s needs, aligning with Dauphine’s growth goals. The building’s certifications, NF HQE™ and BREEAM, reflect its high standards. Vitura's strategic leasing increases Europlaza's occupancy to 91%.

The agreement highlights the demand for high-quality properties, aligning with Vitura’s asset management strategy. Support from Addendo and government bodies facilitated the lease process.
