Parmantier & Cie. Acquires Frankfurt Main Research (FMR) AG

Parmantier & Cie. GmbH has announced the acquisition of Frankfurt Main Research (FMR) AG, specialists in Small and Mid Cap research. This strategic move aims to address the underserved German SME sector in research.

The integration of FMR into Parmantier & Cie's operations will see the newly acquired entity operating under the name "Parmantier & Cie. Research (PCR)." The acquisition is expected to fortify Parmantier & Cie's offerings and expertise in the Small and Mid-Cap market.

René Parmantier, Founder and Principal of Parmantier & Cie., emphasized the value of FMR's expertise and knowledge. He noted that the integration allows the company to provide first-hand research services to Small and Mid-Cap companies, which often face challenges in capital market-related financing solutions.
