Partnership between PAREF and Parkway Life REIT for a real estate portfolio in France
PAREF Group has established a strategic partnership with Parkway Life REIT, a listed healthcare real estate investment trust in Asia. This partnership aims to support Parkway Life REIT in its investment strategy in Europe.
PAREF advised Parkway Trust Management Limited on the acquisition of 11 EHPADs in France, for an amount of 111.2 million euros. This transaction, carried out in sale and leaseback with the DomusVi Group, includes a management mandate to offer complete real estate services.
This partnership illustrates PAREF's expertise through its ONE-STOP-SHOP offer, particularly in investment and asset management. Through this agreement, Parkway Life REIT strengthens its international presence and diversifies its portfolio by entering the French market.
