Partnership between REALITES, CDC Habitat and Nantes Métropole Habitat to build 180 housing units
The REALITES group, in collaboration with CDC Habitat and Nantes Métropole Habitat, has launched the construction of the Lykke Lodge residence in Nantes. This program includes 180 intermediate and social housing units, spread over an area of 12,000 m².
The project provides for 114 intermediate housing units, managed by CDC Habitat, and 66 social housing units managed by Nantes Métropole Habitat. Delivery is scheduled for 2027.
Labeled BiodiverCity, the project integrates protected green spaces and sustainable environmental solutions. The buildings will be a mix of materials with green roofs.
Infrastructure for soft mobility and shared equipment will also be available.
