Transfer of PASSAT securities to Euronext Growth

The Board of Directors of PASSAT decided on April 24, 2025 to submit to a vote the proposal to transfer the listing of its shares from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth Paris at the General Meeting of June 20, 2025. This transfer aims to align PASSAT with a market better suited to its size, simplify its obligations and reduce its regulatory costs.

If approved, the securities will be delisted from Euronext Paris and admitted to Euronext Growth Paris without the issuance of new shares. PASSAT meets the transfer conditions, including a market capitalization of less than €1 billion. The transfer could impact the liquidity of the securities and discourage some investors accustomed to regulated markets.
