PASSAT launches share buyback program
On June 21, 2024, the Ordinary General Meeting of PASSAT authorized a share buyback program. This initiative aims to buy back shares with the aim of canceling them or using them for various strategic purposes.
To date, PASSAT holds 246,462 of its own shares, or 5.86% of its share capital. The program provides for the acquisition of 52,000 additional shares, representing approximately 1.23% of the share capital, at a maximum price of 15 euros per share.
The total amount allocated to this program is 780,000 euros, financed by the company's own funds. This ceiling remains well below the maximum threshold of 6,300,000 euros provided for in the voted resolution.
The program, in effect from July 30, 2024 to December 31, 2024, will be assisted by an independent investment service provider. Shareholders and the market will be kept informed of any substantial changes during this period.
