HERITAGE & COMMERCE: Update of Information on Voting Rights and Shares

On October 1, 2025, Patrimoine & Commerce, a company listed on Euronext Paris, published an update on the composition of its share capital and the total number of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. As of September 30, 2025, the total number of shares was 15,972,458.
