PAULIC MEUNERIE: Financial report for the first half of 2024

PAULIC MEUNERIE, a specialist in high-quality flours, posted a turnover of 9.9 million euros for the first half of 2024. This result represents a decrease of 7% in value and 5% in volume compared to the previous year. This decrease is mainly explained by the end of a major subcontracting contract in 2023 and the gradual start of a significant contract with a major player in mass distribution.

In detail, the wheat flour segment fell by 10% in value, while buckwheat flour sales fell by 2%. The distribution sector recorded a notable increase, now constituting 29% of turnover. On the other hand, the wholesale and trading sector saw its sales reduced by 52% in value.

The outlook for PAULIC MEUNERIE focuses on improving the internal organization and ramping up new ranges, thanks in particular to the Oxygreen© process. The Group thus expects to resume its growth from 2025, based on its consolidated positions.
