Paulic Meunerie: Half-year results 2025 and outlook

Paulic Meunerie, a major player in high-quality flours, announces revenue of €8.7 million for the first half of 2025. Despite a gloomy economic climate, business remains resilient, with a 4.6% reduction in volumes due to the rescheduling of a major contract. Lower raw material prices explain a 12% decline in revenue compared to 2024. However, gross margin remains stable in absolute terms.

Wheat flours dominate the business, accounting for 80% of revenue. Diversification with other flours, such as buckwheat and rice, is also progressing. The insect farming segment recorded 6% growth thanks to the growth of Nourrifibre®. The outlook for the second half focuses on strong commercial expansion and improved profitability through a strategy of cost reduction and securing strategic contracts.
