Pentixapharm Holding AG Announces Board Changes
Pentixapharm Holding AG has implemented significant personnel changes within its governing bodies, effective March 1, 2025. The company's Management Board now mirrors that of its operational subsidiary, Pentixapharm AG, with leadership under Dr. Dirk Pleimes and Henner Kollenberg.
Dr. Andreas Eckert has transitioned back to the Supervisory Board, resuming his role as Chairman. His move follows a temporary position as the sole Management Board member after the departure of founder Dr. Hakim Bouterfa. Additionally, Dr. Harald Hasselmann's mandate on the Supervisory Board has been reactivated after a previous suspension due to conflicts of interest. Frank Perschmann, the interim Chairman, has exited the board with Eckert's return.
