Perl Municipal Council Approves Development Plan Amendment for Second Pyrum Plant
The Perl municipal council has approved the amendment to the development plan for the second Pyrum-owned plant. This new facility, to be built by Pyrum GreenFactory II GmbH, will focus solely on tyre thermolysis.
Final applications for early construction are in preparation, with groundbreaking scheduled for the second half of 2024. The approval also includes a forest compensation agreement and accounts for feedback from authorities and the local population.
Pascal Klein, CEO of Pyrum Innovations AG, expressed gratitude for the council's support. He thanked the mayor, Mr. Uhlenbruch, for their cooperation. The amended plan clears the way for further planning and the start of construction in Perl-Besch.
The final application documents are expected to be submitted by early July 2024, with groundbreaking to follow upon approval.
