Pernod Ricard Completes €800 Million Bond Issuance

Pernod Ricard has successfully completed a €800 million bond issuance, set to mature on March 3, 2032. The bond, with a coupon rate of 3.25% and a yield of 3.278%, will see its settlement on March 3, 2025. Rated Baa1 by Moody's and BBB+ by Standard & Poor's, the issuance was met with positive reception from investors.
The company aims to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes. The bonds will be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris. Major financial institutions, including Bank of America, Barclays, and BNP Paribas, acted as Joint Bookrunners.
This strategic financial move reflects Pernod Ricard’s continuing efforts to optimize its capital structure amid favorable market conditions.
