Peter Nicholson appointed to First Phosphate Board of Directors

First Phosphate Corp. announced the appointment of Peter J.F. Nicholson to its board of directors, effective September 1, 2024. He replaces Marc Branson, who resigned the same day.

Peter Nicholson is the Founder and President of Wealth Creation Preservation & Donation Inc. (WCPD), which specializes in tax planning and philanthropy in the mining sector. He has helped generate over $350 million in donations.

His career includes contributions to various foundations across Canada and involvement in organizations such as the Canadian Museum for Human Rights and the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario.

Laurence W. Zeifman, President of First Phosphate, welcomed this appointment, highlighting the contribution of Nicholson's expertise to the development of the company's mining projects.

To welcome Nicholson, the company awarded him 150,000 restricted stock units, to vest in two tranches by February 2025.
