Peugeot Invest - Declaration of the number of shares and voting rights

Peugeot Invest has communicated information relating to the number of shares and voting rights as of April 30 and May 31, 2024. In accordance with the requirements of article L. 233-8 II of the commercial code and articles 221-1 and 223-16 of the AMF general regulations, this data is updated each month.

As of May 31, 2024, Peugeot Invest declares a total number of 24,922,589 shares. The total gross voting rights are 44,991,804, while the total net voting rights are 44,898,886. These figures show a slight increase compared to April 2024.

Peugeot Invest imposes an obligation to declare threshold crossings in its statutes. This requires a declaration in the event of exceeding more than 2% of the capital or voting rights, or when each 1% threshold is crossed, whether upwards or downwards.
