Declaration of Shares and Voting Rights of Peugeot Invest

Peugeot Invest has provided an update on the company's number of shares and voting rights. In accordance with current regulations, the total number of shares as of September 30, 2025, stands at 24,922,589, the same as on August 31, 2025. The total gross number of voting rights stands at 45,008,314, a slight increase from the 45,007,867 recorded the previous month. The total net number of voting rights remains constant at 44,900,798.

According to the company's articles of association, any change affecting more than 2% of the capital or voting rights must be declared. This obligation also applies to each crossing of a threshold of 1% or a multiple of this percentage, whether upwards or downwards.
