Peugeot Invest: Number of shares and voting rights as of January 31, 2025

Peugeot Invest has published figures detailing the number of shares and voting rights as of January 31, 2025. The company, listed on Eurolist Compartment B, maintains a total of 24,922,589 shares over this period, a stable figure compared to December 31, 2024.

In terms of voting rights, the gross total increased slightly from 45,004,651 to 45,008,757. Furthermore, net voting rights amount to 44,889,937, after excluding shares stripped of these rights.

Peugeot Invest's statutes include an additional clause for the declaration of threshold crossing. This requires a declaration when more than 2% of the capital or voting rights are exceeded.
