Peugeot Invest: Status of Shares and Voting Rights as of August 31, 2025

Peugeot Invest, a company registered under compartment B of the regulated market Eurolist, has published details of the number of shares and voting rights as of August 31, 2025. The total number of shares remained stable at 24,922,589 compared to the end of July 2025.

The total gross number of voting rights stands at 45,007,867, a slight decrease from the 45,012,151 reported at the end of July. The total net number of voting rights stands at 44,900,798, compared to 44,905,022 the previous month. This decrease reflects a change in shares deprived of voting rights.

Peugeot Invest will require a declaration for any crossing of a threshold of more than 2% of the capital or voting rights, in accordance with the statutory clauses beyond the legal thresholds.
