Status of shares and voting rights at Peugeot Invest

Peugeot Invest has updated its information regarding the number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with applicable legislation. As of December 31, 2025, and January 31, 2026, the company reported an unchanged total of 24,922,589 shares. Gross voting rights changed slightly, from 45,021,169 to 45,024,250. Net voting rights stood at 44,913,406 at the end of January, a slight increase compared to December.

Peugeot Invest clarifies the existence of a statutory clause requiring a declaration in the event of crossing certain thresholds, particularly if 2% of the capital or voting rights are exceeded. This includes any change of 1% or more.
