Philippe Brändle Appointed New CEO of Züblin Immobilien Holding AG

Züblin Immobilien Holding AG announced the appointment of Philippe Brändle as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from 1 October 2024. This decision was made public in an ad hoc announcement in accordance with Article 53 LR on 4 April 2024. Brändle, who is set to replace Roland Friederich, brings a wealth of experience to the role, holding a master’s degree in architecture and business administration. His previous roles include CEO and CFO positions at leading Swiss property firms, where he gained substantial real estate consulting experience.

Dr. Markus Wesnitzer, Chairman of the Board of Directors, expressed confidence in Brändle’s appointment.
