Phu Quoc to Host Prestigious Global Resorts

Phu Quoc, Vietnam, is gaining recognition as an emerging luxury resort haven. Esteemed brands like Rixos, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and The Luxury Collection are planning to establish a presence soon. This development marks a significant leap for Vietnam’s upscale resort sector.

Sun Group has initiated the US$512 million Aspira Tower project on Hon Thom Island. Rixos Phu Quoc will emerge as the first all-inclusive luxury resort in Southeast Asia, offering comprehensive packages for guests to explore attractions like Sunset Town and art performances.

The tower, anticipated to debut in 2027, will include a hotel under Marriott’s The Luxury Collection. Experts highlight its design as groundbreaking, reminiscent of Dubai's Burj Al Arab.

Phu Quoc's reputation precedes these developments, with existing renowned resorts attracting global attention. The influx of luxury brands promises to enhance the island's accessibility and elevate its status to rival tourism icons like Hawaii.
