PIERER Mobility AG: Changes in the Executive Board
The board mandates of Viktor Sigl as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PIERER Mobility AG and KTM AG have been terminated by mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board. Stefan Pierer, CEO, will temporarily take over Mr. Sigl's responsibilities.
The Supervisory Board has also decided to appoint Gottfried Neumeister as an additional member of the Executive Board for both PIERER Mobility AG and KTM AG, effective September 1, 2024. Mr. Neumeister has a background in management roles, including serving as Co-CEO at DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft. He also played a key role in founding and developing flyniki with Niki Lauda.
