PIERER Mobility AG Secures Legal Approval for KTM Restructuring Plans
PIERER Mobility AG has announced that the restructuring plans for KTM AG, KTM Components GmbH, and KTM Forschungs & Entwicklungs GmbH have been legally affirmed by the Regional Court of Ried im Innkreis. This marks the successful conclusion of the restructuring proceedings following a two-week appeal period. The restructuring administrators will now proceed to distribute 30% of acknowledged claims to creditors.
CEO Gottfried Neumeister expressed relief at closing this demanding chapter, with plans to ramp up production by late July and refocus the group’s directives. Recognition was extended to Dr. Ulla Reisch for her expert guidance through these proceedings.
