PIERER Mobility AG Sells FELT Bicycles, Focusing on Motorcycles

In a strategic shift, PIERER Mobility AG, soon to be renamed Bajaj Mobility AG, has announced the sale of FELT Bicycles to minority shareholders Florian Burguet and Cesar Rojo. This decision marks the company's exit from the bicycle segment, emphasizing its renewed focus on motorcycles. The sale, subject to supervisory board approval, is expected to be finalized before year-end, with the transaction valued in the mid-single-digit million range.

Burguet and Rojo, already managing directors of FELT since 2023, will take independent control of the brand in Spain and North America. PIERER Mobility's future motorcycle portfolio will center around KTM, GasGas, and Husqvarna.
