Pierre et Vacances Joint General Meeting: Resolutions Adopted

On February 13, 2025, Pierre et Vacances held its Combined General Meeting. All proposed resolutions were accepted by a large majority. The directors' mandates, including those of Georges Sampeur and Franck Gervais, were renewed. Mr. Sampeur remains Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Gervais continues as Chief Executive Officer. Delphine Grison remains Lead Director.

The turnout reached 79.54% of voting shares. The resolutions, covering various governance and financial strategy decisions, showed near-unanimous support, with most garnering over 99% approval. Extraordinary items were also approved, consolidating the group's future.
