Plaintree Systems Reports Positive Earnings Despite Revenue Decline
Plaintree Systems Inc. has released its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company reported a revenue decrease to $17,356,379 from $21,438,745 in the previous fiscal year. Despite this downturn, Plaintree achieved a comprehensive net income of $2,455,782, a notable improvement from the $1,810,754 loss in fiscal 2025.
CEO David Watson attributed the positive earnings to the strong performance of the Specialty Structures division and the renewed operations of Elmira, which resumed shipments following certification approvals in December 2025. Previously, Elmira faced over a year of halted operations.
Plaintree, with diverse product lines in Specialty Structures and Applied Electronics, is publicly traded on the CSE under the symbol "NPT". The company remains cautious, acknowledging potential risks and uncertainties in its markets.
