Planisware Releases Positive H1 2024 Financial Results

Paris, France, July 30, 2024 – Planisware has announced its financial results for the first half of 2024, confirming its revenue growth of +19.6% in constant currencies to €86.6 million. The company's adjusted EBITDA margin was 33.5% of revenue, aligned with its projected goals for the year.

Key financial indicators include strong cash conversion at 127% of adjusted EBITDA. Recurring revenue reached €76.6 million, representing 88% of total revenue, driven predominantly by growth in SaaS and hosting services. The company’s net cash position stood at €156.4 million as of June 30, 2024.

CEO Loïc Sautour highlighted the company's continued role in the Project Economy, pointing out robust commercial traction and confidence in meeting the annual revenue growth target of approximately 19.5% in constant currencies.
