PlantX Announces Amendment to Proposed Share Consolidation

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 22, 2024 / PlantX Life Inc. (CSE:VEGA)(FRA:WNT1) has announced changes to its proposed share consolidation. Initially disclosed on May 17, 2024, the adjustment involves a revised consolidation ratio of one post-consolidated Common Share for every thirty-four pre-consolidated Common Shares.

Prior to this consolidation, PlantX Life Inc. has 34,423,688 pre-consolidation Common Shares issued and outstanding. After the consolidation, the number will be approximately 1,012,461 post-consolidation Common Shares. No fractional shares will be issued; any fractional holdings will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

This consolidation was approved during the Company's annual general and special meeting held on May 3, 2024. Convertible securities will also be adjusted as per the new ratio. The new record date for the consolidation is May 27, 2024, and the shares will start trading on a post-consolidation basis under the existing ticker "VEGA" from May 24, 2024.

The new CUSIP number is 72750P600 and the new ISIN number is CA72750P6003. The consolidation is subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).
