Plastivaloire's First-Half 2024-2025 Financial Performance
Plastivaloire Group reported a turnover of €346 million for the first half of the 2024-2025 financial year, reflecting a 5.4% decline compared to the previous year. Despite the downturn, the Group managed to maintain an 8.6% EBITDA margin, showing stability in profitability amid challenging market conditions.
The Automotive and Industries divisions saw reduced revenues of 4.9% and 7.8% respectively, influenced by the ongoing uncertain economic environment. While net income showed a loss of €3.1 million, the company generated a positive free cash flow of €9.8 million. Net debt remained stable at €191.2 million, with available cash increasing to €99.2 million.
Plastivaloire remains committed to reaching an annual turnover target of €665 million with an increased EBITDA margin target of around 8%. The Group continues implementing cost adaptations, including closing the Mamers plant, as it works towards market adjustments and operational recovery.
