PlexTrac Introduces AI-Enhanced Pentest Reporting Platform

PlexTrac, a leader in pentest and proactive security reporting, has announced the release of Plex.AI, a new component that integrates advanced AI algorithms to enhance security reporting and data management. This development positions PlexTrac as the first in its field to adopt AI for generating detailed reports and analyses from pentesting and other security data.

The new Plex.AI capabilities aim to automate security workflows, unify offensive security teams, and provide predictive risk insights, leveraging the large-scale data handling of Google Cloud's Vertex AI platform. This system not only promises significant time savings in preparing security reports but also maintains high standards of data quality and integrity.

PlexTrac's AI tool, hosted by Google Cloud, will allow teams to input minimal information like CVEs or titles from an in-house content library, enabling the AI to automatically generate detailed findings and remediation steps. This not only streamlines the report production process but also enhances the security posture for clients by providing thorough, actionable insights into their security vulnerabilities.

The planned deployment of Plex.AI across PlexTrac's client base, including managed security service providers (MSSPs) and other enterprises, is expected to begin within the next 30 days, available as part of the Premium package or as an add-on for other tiers.
