Plum Market Travel Services Announces Nebraska Expansion
Plum Market Travel Services has won a major contract to operate 10 locations at Omaha Eppley Airfield. This agreement is part of the airport's $950 million terminal expansion and modernization plan. The new locations will feature a range of dining options, including well-known national brands and local favorites. The terminal expansion aims to complete by 2027.
Co-founders Matt and Marc Jonna expressed their excitement about the expansion. The 10 locations include nine brands, catering to various tastes and preferences. Notable brands are Runza, Panda Express, and Sambazon, along with local Omaha restaurants Block 16 and Fernando's. Additionally, Plum Market will introduce two of its own concepts: a full-service Kitchen and Bar and a Grab & Go Quick Service format.
Omaha Airport Authority CEO Dave Roth emphasized that the new concessions are aligned with their vision to be the best airport in the Midwest. This partnership aims to enhance the overall traveler experience and position Omaha Eppley Airfield as a premier travel destination.
