PlusPlus Capital Convening of Bondholders' Meeting to Vote on Reorganization Plan
PlusPlus Capital ("PPC") has announced a meeting of bondholders scheduled for 12 July 2024 at 12:00 CEST to vote on a reorganization plan for its subsidiary, PlusPlus Capital Financial S.à r.l. The notice has been distributed via clearing systems, and bondholders can obtain the reorganization plan from PlusPlus Capital.
Bondholders are invited to cast their votes during the convening period from now until 12:00 noon CEST on 10 July 2024. Voting can be done directly or via a Proxy, provided instructions are received by the deadline. Details are available on the company's website.
An investor call is set for 3 July 2024 at 10:00 CEST. The Management Board will present the reorganization plan in a webcast, conducted in English and recorded. Interested parties are encouraged to register in advance.
