PNE AG: General Meeting Approves Dividend
The general meeting of shareholders of PNE AG took place in Cuxhaven on 30 May 2024. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the use of balance sheet profits, resulting in a dividend distribution of €0.04 per share and an additional special dividend of €0.04 per share.
The meeting also saw unanimous approval for the resolution to relieve Management Board members Markus Lesser (CEO), Harald Wilbert (CFO), and former CFO Jörg Klowat of their duties. Shareholders formally approved the actions of the Supervisory Board with a clear majority. No Supervisory Board elections were held in 2024.
The Annual General Meeting approved the compensation report. Additionally, KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Bremen, was elected as the new auditor for the 2024 financial year. However, the proposal to create new Authorised Capital did not achieve the necessary 75% majority approval.
