PolyPeptide Group Announces Annual General Meeting 2025
On March 18, 2025, PolyPeptide Group AG released an invitation for its upcoming fourth annual General Meeting scheduled for April 9, 2025, in Zug. The event will take place at the Chollerhalle, highlighting board re-elections and strategic proposals.
Five current board members will stand for re-election, while Beat In-Albon steps down. Peter Wilden is nominated to continue as Chair, with Philippe Weber and Wilden proposed for the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Jo LeCouilliard is suggested as a new independent board member, expected to join the Audit and Risk Committee upon election.
The board will propose changes to the Articles of Association, introducing a capital band for share capital flexibility and conditional share capital to strengthen financial strategy. Shareholders will also vote on re-electing auditors, compensation approvals, and financial reports for 2024.
