PolyPeptide Group's AGM 2025 Approvals
PolyPeptide Group AG, a global CDMO for peptide-based APIs, held its AGM on April 9, 2025. Shareholders approved all board proposals with a significant majority. The meeting was attended by holders of 26,175,680 voting shares, representing 79.02% of issued shares.
All board members up for re-election were reinstated, including new independent member Jo LeCouilliard, for terms ending at the 2026 AGM. Peter Wilden was re-elected as Chair. Shareholders also agreed on a capital band introduction for financial flexibility in the company's Articles of Association.
Other approvals included statutory auditors, proxy re-election, discharge of the board and executive for 2024, and financial statements for 2024. The AGM minutes will be available online in 15 days. The next AGM is scheduled for April 8, 2026.
